Let’s Talk Turkey

With turkey holding center stage – we are dedicating an entire technique class to demystifying this bird. Learn all about flavoring the turkey from brining to rubs to compound butter, why roasting pans, carving sets, thermometers make a difference and fool-proof tips that will enhance and simplify this year’s Thanksgiving feast.

 

Make-Ahead Feast

Have everything but the turkey done ahead of time so that your Thanksgiving is stress-free. Learn how to make our favorite new sides that can be made-ahead and require little work the day of! We’ll include delicious vegetables plus our favorite potato and stuffing choices.
